Week 1
In the first Lesson of Professional Film Practice it was an overall introduction to the course and layout of the next term. This included learning about our upcoming assignments, Guest speakers, finding work experience, developing our CV's, Online presence and daunting mock interviews. It was a great lesson to ease us into the course as it wasn't too information heavy and was delivered in a fun way with an industry worker delivering it to us.
We were advised on how CV's were different for this industry and had to stand out as well as everything being online and as such we had to develop a presence. This included Linked in, Twitter, Facebook and a Website to show off a portfolio.
This was all information that was vital to understanding how someone would get employed in the industry.
